Congaree State Bank Names Julie Coyle Vice President, Director of Marketing and Investor Relations

Julie Coyle has joined Congaree State Bank as Vice President, Director of Marketing and Investor Relations at the Bank’s Corporate Office in Cayce.

Coyle, who is a seasoned marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience, will focus on all aspects of advertising, brand management and investor relations for Congaree State Bank’s two Midlands’ locations.

Formerly an Account Executive with The Gillespie Agency, Coyle was responsible for all aspects of project management for many local, national, regional and international accounts. Coyle has also held marketing and sales positions with Spectra True Colour, a commercial printing company located in Columbia as well as The State newspaper, where she spent more than 15 years.

 “Julie has an innate ability to look at a situation and its components from a variety of perspectives and develop the best solution strategy.  We are thrilled that she has joined our team,” commented Hank Ray, President/Chief Executive Officer of Congaree State Bank.

Coyle was named The State newspaper’s Top Sales Performer in 1998 and served on numerous task forces to improve workflow, customer service and the performance of the advertising department. She is also a former member of the Harvest Hope Food Bank board of directors.

Coyle graduated from The University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
